Phobia & Fear
A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal. Imagine living your life with greater confidence, comfort and ease.
Phobias are more pronounced than fears. They develop when a person has an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger about a situation or object. If a phobia becomes very severe, a person may organise their life around avoiding the thing that’s causing them anxiety. As well as restricting their day-to-day life, it can also cause a lot of distress.

- Fear of Water
- Fear of flying
- Fear of spiders or other animals

It is not relevant how irrational the fear may seem or how long you have had the fear, in fact removing it is much faster than you think! The techniques I use will help you process and remove the response you have been experiencing. The focus is not to find out where this has come from its a process of letting go.
