Phobia & Fear
A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal.
Phobias are more pronounced than fears. They develop when a person has an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger about a situation or object. If a phobia becomes very severe, a person may organise their life around avoiding the thing that’s causing them anxiety. As well as restricting their day-to-day life, it can also cause a lot of distress.
Do you have a fear that may be holding you back in life?
Some common phobias are:
- Fear of Water
- Fear of flying
- Fear of spiders or other animals
- Fear of public speaking
- Fear of confined spaces
- Fears related to the natural environment such as height, thunder, darkness
- Fears related to blood, injury, or needles
- Fears related to specific situations such as riding an elevator or driving
It is not relevant how irrational the fear may seem or how long you have had the fear, in fact removing it is much faster than you think! The techniques I use will help you process and remove the response you have been experiencing.
If you feel you are ready to let it go and see yourself living with a sense of freedom then book your session. Just click the button below we will arrange a suitable time as soon as possible.

Lovely lady, lovely service. 5 stars all the way.
Leanne was happy to talk me through the service and answer any questions I had.
The technique Leanne used certainly helps me in my non smoking journey. I find it easier to overcome cravings now and to add to that, it certainly ups my mood and brings a smile to my face instead of the stress I used to experience.
Thank you Leanne. I will be happily and confidently using your services again and recommending you to my friends and family.
